Diablo 4 classifies the Aspect of Circling Blades as an Offensive Aspect. This means that it is a key part of your attack strategy throughout the game. This Aspect is responsible for a significant amount of the Flurry damage that a Rogue suffers in Diablo 4.

How to get the aspect of encircling blades: Location
The Aspect of Encircling Blades can be found in Diablo 4 randomly on any Legendary Item, or by completing the Forsaken Quarries dungeon at Fractured Peaks.
You can increase your chances of getting the Aspect Encircling Blades by entering World Tier 3 or higher. World Tier 3 can be accessed after completing the main campaign.
The Legendary Drop Rate increases in these higher tiers. This increases the chances of landing the Aspect of Encircling blades. The exact drop is not guaranteed.
Diablo 4’s Legendary items share a table of Legendary Affixes. This includes the Aspect of Encircling blades. This Aspect could be on every Legendary item. Unique Items are an exception, since they always have a specific affix.
Imprint the Aspect of Encircling blades onto your gear once you’ve obtained it. This can be done at the Occultist character, where you extracted the Aspect. Keep in mind that you can only use the extracted Aspect once.
