The Aspect of shared misery functions are: Lucky Hit: If you hit an enemy controlled by a crowd, there is a chance to get up to a [30-50]The chance of the Crowd Control effect spreading to another enemy is %.
The Aspect of shared misery in Diablo 4 is found randomly in Legendary Items or by completing an Oblivion Dungeon in Hawezar.
You can increase your chances of getting the Aspect Shared Misery by entering World Tier 3 or higher. World Tier 3 can be accessed after the main campaign.
The Legendary Drop Rate increases in these higher tiers. This increases the chances of landing the Aspect of Shared Misery. The exact drop is not guaranteed.
Diablo 4’s Legendary items share a table of Legendary Affixes. This includes the Aspect of Shared Misery. This Aspect could be on every Legendary item. Unique Items are an exception, since they always have a specific affix.
